Our sole agency service is designed to achieve the maximum exposure for your property enabling us to generate maximum interest from the start. We are confident that through our expert negotiators we will achieve the maximum price for your property and in the shortest possible time.

Multi Agency

This is the service which allows our client the opportunity take advantage of using other estate agents to market their property alongside ourselves. This is not something we recommend as you gain little extra market exposure for the additional cost. However, if you are in a hurry to sell, that little extra exposure might be all you need to find a buyer.

HIP - Home Information Pack

A Home Information Pack (HIP) is required for most homes, put on the market with vacant possession on or after 14 December 2007. There are a few exceptions, including mixed-use properties (such as a flat and shop being sold together), portfolio sales, or sales of properties with leases originally granted for less than 21 years. This is required for both Freehold and Leasehold properties.

HIPs are designed to bring information upfront to increase certainty and inform buyers about a property before they incur costs. Informed choice by buyers at the start of the process will help reduce delays later on and reduce wasted time for sellers.

Fees

The fees we charge are a commission fee, worked out as a percentage of the sale price. This fee will usually be paid to us by your solicitor out of the proceeds of the sale. We can assure you that you will see value for money and you will want to use our service again.
